Service Lifecycle Coordinator

The Service Lifecycle Coordinator (SLC) will be responsible for project coordinating the termination of Cloud services for customers.  He/She will act as the liaison between our Customers and Provisioners to ensure services are properly decommissioned and all contractual issues have been addressed.  After retention efforts have completed by the Customer Success Manager, the SLC becomes the single point-of-contact for exiting customers.  They will communicate timelines, milestones, and deliverables while also reporting internally to Customer Success, Provisioning, and Finance to deliver the complete picture of every project.  The SLC must be able to manage through obstacles with the goal of timely resolution of services to exceed both customer expectations and internal management objectives.


  • Act as the cross-functional liaison between customers, provisioning, and support for offboarding Customer services
  • Build and manage Customer relationships and Customer satisfaction
  • SLC’s are expected to work with short deadlines, making time and stress management skills valuable
  • Provide department management on-going order status, activities in process, and steps of resolution
  • Single point of contact for escalations and communication focal point for satisfaction issues
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting and managing Customer-related projects
  • Other tasks assigned as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Two (2) years customer relationship management experience a plus
  • Project management experience is beneficial
  • Detail-oriented high performer
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
